13th Planet Rhythmics Invitational

Competition Venue: Capilano University Gymnasium (2055 Purcell Way, North Vancouver) 10m High ceiling. “Mitufa” Competitive Carpet and Warm up Carpet

Judging: Please provide one judge from the club

Entry Fees: 1 routine - $50; 2 routines - $75; 3 routines - $100; 4 routines - $125; Group or AGG participant - $35
Unlimited number of participants per club and per country
Entry fees are non-refundable

Registration Deadline: Registration information must be received by email at: alla@planetr.ca no later than February 7th 2014. Late registration fee is $50.00 per athlete.


Forms Deadline: 2 copies of Difficulty Forms per routine for International Teams can be submitted by email: alla@planetr.ca Deadline - March 14th 2014.

Awards: -Medals will be given to all gymnasts in All Around Event and 1-3 places in each routine in each category
-Special Judges Awards for “Best Trick,” “Miss Flexibility,” “Miss Grace”, etc
-Special Prizes for National Stream “A” Champions (Senior, Junior and Novice)
-All gymnasts will receive memorable presents

Accommodation: Our host hotel is “Holiday Inn” Express. The rate is $115 + tax per room (max occupancy 4 people per room). This hotel is within 7 min walking distance of the gym

*You will need to book your room before February 21st 2014 to receive the group rate. Please mention “Planet Rhythmics Invitational” while booking.

Training: All of the Visiting Teams will have an opportunity to train before the Competition (Please inquire about schedule upon arrival)

Airport Shuttle: All International Teams will be met at the Airport. Please send us your arrival/departure time and date in advance.

City Tour: City tour with a guide will be provided for International Teams only

Meals: Lunch will be provided for visiting gymnasts and coaches on the days of competition.

Canadian Visa: We can prоvide you with a support letter for your Canadian Visa Application. Email to: alla@planetr.ca
